- Develop and implement policies, structure, and goals for the RHP and SAS program.
- Oversee the annual budget of the RHP and SAS program.
- Track and ensure consistent program compliance with the Alliance, USCRI, TXOR, and all other funders or lead agencies.
- Provide appropriate training and clinical supervision.
- Provide clinical and operational oversight of the following areas; wellness, care coordination/health navigation, health education, and crisis management.
- Collaborate internally across departments and externally with community partners to enhance service provision within the RHP and SAS program.
- Maintain a working relationship with local, state, and federal agencies, recognizing the agency's position in the community and its need for cooperation and assistance from such services.
- Responsible for ensuring timely entry of all supervisory documentation on all platforms used by each program.
- Provide effective case consultations to increase the quality of care across RHP and SAS programs.
- In conjunction with the Program Managers, perform regular case record reviews to ensure that regulatory requirements are met.
- Monitor and address disciplinary concerns in conjunction with the Director of Health and Social Services.
- Responsible for approving hires and making termination recommendations for both RMA and SAS.
- Other duties as assigned.
· Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
· Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
· Program management experience.
· Preference for those with experience working/volunteering with foreign-born populations and/or refugees.
· Knowledge of public benefit programs and social service resources in the Greater Houston area.
· Foreign language fluency in a language spoken by refugee populations is strongly preferred.
· High degree of independent judgment, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
· Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
